The new site is just a short way from the Motorway/A4123 roundabout towards Blackheath, 300 yards up from the former Toys-R-Us, on the left. The extensive, modern facilities for cats, dogs, rabbits and exotic pets includes:

· Separate waiting area and consulting rooms for cats and dogs.

· New physiotherapy and hydrotherapy unit.

· Plenty of parking with pet-sized spaces.

· Fully air-conditioned.

· Disabled access.

· All the same friendly staff.
