Information for veterinary professionals only:

Animals can be referred for physiotherapy by ringing 0121 544 0404, by email to physio@orchardvets.com or by filling in the form to the right.

We will also need the animal's clinical history, which can be uploaded using the form or emailed to physio@orchardvets.com.

Once your form has been submitted, a member of our rehab team will contact you within 48 hours.
